By automating review requests and filtering reviews based on ratings, this plugin helps you build trust, increase conversions, and enhance the shopping experience.

How to set up the Review Management plugin for nopCommerce

Activate product & Store reviews:
✔ Tick “Product Review Enable” to collect product-level reviews.
✔ Tick “Store Review Enable” to gather store-level feedback.

Set when emails should be sent:

  • Product send daysNumber of days after purchase to send review mail (e.g., 1 means send 1 day after product is bought).

  • Store send daysNumber of days after purchase to send store review mail (e.g., 2 days later).

Define Star Rating Threshold:

  • Set the Rating field (e.g., 2).

  • If the customer selects 1 or 2 stars, a custom “We’re Sorry” form opens so you can solve the issue privately.

Add Your Google Review Link:
In the Google Review URL field, paste the link to your store’s Google review page.
👉 When the customer gives 3 stars or more, they’re taken straight to your Google page to leave a public review.

How it works

Once installed on your nopCommerce store, this plugin filters customer reviews based on star ratings to help you manage feedback smarter

1 or 2 Stars → Internal feedback form

If a user gives a low rating (1–2 stars), the plugin shows a custom “We’re sorry” form instead of posting the review publicly. This form collects the customer’s issue privately in your nopCommerce admin panel, so your team can follow up and resolve it.

3 Stars and Above → Redirect to Google Reviews

When a user selects 3 or more stars, they are redirected to your Google Review link to leave public feedback. This ensures that only satisfied customers are prompted to review you on Google — improving your store’s reputation.

 

Turn Negative Feedback into Opportunities

This plugin includes a smart fallback form for unsatisfied customers. Instead of posting a low public rating, users are redirected to this private feedback form—allowing you to resolve issues directly.

Private Complaint Handling

If a customer selects a low star rating (e.g. 1 or 2 stars), they are shown this “We're Sorry to Hear That” form. It encourages them to share their concerns privately rather than damaging your store’s public reputation.
