How to set up in the admin panel.

Enter the Question and Answer (Description).

Enable the IsActive checkbox to display it on the site.

Set Display Order to control FAQ positioning (1 = top).

Check Display As Widget and choose the widget zone (e.g., home_page_top, footer, productdetails_before_pictures)./p>

Adding FAQ

To add a new FAQ entry:

Question: Enter the customer question (e.g., "What is your return policy?").

Description: Provide a clear and helpful answer to guide users without needing support.

IsActive: Check this box to publish the FAQ on your website.

 

Step 3: Add Categories (Optional)
👉 Navigate to the FAQ Categories section.
👉 Add a Category Name (e.g., “Shipping Info”, “Returns”).
👉 Set the Display Order, then click Add new record.
👉 Categories group related questions, making navigation easier for users.

👉 FAQs appear in a clean, accordion-style layout with collapsible sections (e.g., “+” to expand, “–” to collapse).
