Step 1: Install & Configure satyanam core plugin
Get the Satyanam Core Plugin from the SatyanamSoft store or your provided source.
After installation, go to Configuration → Satyanam Core.
Enter the License Key provided for activation.
Add the API URL and Site URL (as seen in the screenshot).
Click "Save" to apply the settings.
1. Configure the Plugin in NopCommerce
In NopCommerce Admin Panel, go to Configuration → Plugins → Abandoned Cart.
Check Enable Plugin to activate it.
Set Abandoned Cart Cut-Off Time (in hours) to define when a cart is considered abandoned.
2. Enable features
Enable intent pop-up: Show a pop-up when a user is about to leave.
Enable discount: Offer a discount for abandoned cart recovery.
Choose the discount type from Discounts dropdown.
Set Discount Duration and Discount Prefix.
Enable mail notification: Set durations for First, Second, and Third notifications.
Enable push notification: Send browser notifications.
Enter OneSignal App ID and API Key.
Set durations for First, Second, and Third push notifications.
3. Upload an image (Optional)
Click Upload a File to add an image for notifications.
Click Save at the top right to apply changes.
Abandoned cart details
Access a detailed list of abandoned carts with customer information.
View products left in the cart and their total value.
Configure and send follow-up notifications via email or push messages.
Apply discounts or incentives to encourage cart recovery.
Abandoned cart summary
View key metrics such as the number of abandoned carts and total cart value.
